Sales and Marketing Support Specialist

Perry Real Estate College is an EdTech company that aims to provide high-quality pre-license, post-license, brokerage, and continuing education courses to aspiring real estate professionals and current real estate professionals.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will be responsible for the sales and marketing of our products and supporting our existing student base. You will be responsible for developing new sales strategies, growing our existing customer base both B2C and B2B, creating marketing content, and supporting our current and future students. This position requires a strong background in CRM management, marketing content design, and a familiarity with real estate.

Essential Duties:
·Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and customer loyalty.
·Identify new business opportunities by networking with potential customers.
·Develop and maintain strong relationships with students through exceptional customer service.
·Develop a knowledge of our products, services, pricing, specifications, and any new technologies that may affect the business.
·Assist with developing company strategy, objectives, plans, and objectives.
·Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer relationships, sales goals, customer satisfaction ratings, etc.
·Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred.
·Previous experience in the real estate industry a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
